A factory expense form is a summarized and itemized list of all the expenditures carried out in a factory. This expense list is fabricated by one of the factory labor, who adds all the expenses they had to make in a certain time period (week, month or annually) while working in the factory. The list is then handed over personally or simply emailed to the owner of the factory for the reimbursement of the laborers. Requesting a reimbursement is one of the basic rights of any person while working in any organization or under any person. The owner or manager of the factor is then required to compensate the amount back to labors rightfully. The factory expense form can be composed by any labor who has basic knowledge about its composition and format.
A factory expense form is more like a list which is supposed to incorporate all the material bought, their specific prices, the dates and proof of the purchase in the form of receipts. The expense form should be made on an MS Excel spreadsheet because Excel spreadsheets are in the form of rows and columns, it is easier to differentiate the headings. The format of a factory expense is uncomplicated, but at the same time plays a vital role. The better the format, the easier it will be for the manager to understand its listing. If the format is ethical and informative, it increases the chances of accurate reimbursement for the labors. An additional tactic commonly used is the attachment of receipts with the expense list. This is an efficient yet subtle way to give proof of the amounts mentioned in the list.
A labor or employee works for the whole month while looking forward to his/her pay day and compensation on the amount which he/she has spent. Employees or labor expect to get their well-deserved payment, if they get the payment that they worked hard for it makes them perform better for their owner in the next months. Taking a factory expense form into consideration and paying the labors accordingly will increase the owner’s chances of earning hardworking labors that will increase the sales. In all cases, it is more like a win-win condition for both the parties. This factory expense form also helps to create a relationship of trust between the labor and the owner, depending on the accuracy and authenticity of the list.
A basic guide to prepare or compose a factory expense form is given as follow;
1. Add the name of the factory at the top of this form.
2. The date of manufacture of the expense form in words (9 January, 2022).
3. The time period whose list is summarized (expense for of December).
4. Mention the total amount handed over to labors in the beginning of the month for the purchases.
5. The list of all the purchases in that month including labor wages, bills, production supplies, material purchases.
6. The total amount spent on each purchase.
7. Over all total amount spent in that month.
8. The difference between amount given and the amount used.
9. Any additional notes or extra expense related to the factory.
10. Attachment of receipts of the purchases.
