DURATION: The time duration till which the agreement form will stay active must be mentioned. This means that after the mentioned date the employer is no longer responsible for paying any expenses. This is mostly the same time that is required to attain that skill. For example, you need three months to learn about graphic designing.

PERMISSION: This is a small note or paragraph in which the employer mentions that they have agreed to pay for the expenses of a certain employee to acquire the said skill. Perhaps there are certain terms and conditions which both parties need to follow. For example, if the employee has signed the contract, they are not allowed to retract from the training in the middle. In such case, they will be asked to pay the total fee back that was initially paid for by the organization.

AGREEMET OF THE EMPLOYEE: In this, the employee agrees to all the terms in a written form and then signs the agreement form. Negotiation of certain terms is allowed before the signing of the agreement.
