Christmas Wish List Template
A Christmas wish list template is a special document that kids and adults use to show their interest, especially in gifts during the holy festival of Christmas. This list holds a very special place for Christians as they believe in the traditional myth of Santa Claus bringing gifts on the night of Christmas. Usually, kids and young individuals wait for a whole year to receive the gifts which Santa Claus brings for them. They wait for this night so they can ask about the gifts, toys, or the things about which they are so keen to receive from Santa Claus. Whereas, Santa Claus is an old man who flies all Christmas Eve in his sleigh and delivers gifts to kids in their houses. That is the reason why people write a wish list and eagerly wait for Santa Claus to read their list and fulfill it with his magic wand.
Sample Christmas Wish List Writing:
The children take out a list from their drawer and start writing about the gifts which they wish to get. Usually, they write something as follows:
Dear Santa Claus, as you know, Christmas is coming nearer. I want you to please gift me the new bicycle which I wanted to have on my recent birthday, but couldn’t get one for some reason. Now I hope when I wake up on Christmas morning I will be surprised to see my new bicycle right in front of me as my Christmas gift from you. Please, please dear Santa.

As we can see in the above paragraph, some individuals write the names of things they want as letters requesting their Santa to give them what they deeply and truly want. However, the majority of kids use this format as follows:

Dear Santa Claus, as Christmas is coming near I want you to gift me the following things:
Chocolate.
Bicycle.
Candies.
Sports car.
Video games.
The above list simply shows the things which are being asked from Santa Claus as a Christmas gift.
Importance of a Christmas Wish List:
The Christmas wish list template is primarily used to show how much love, respect, and devotion an individual or kid has for Santa Claus and he or she is hoping for secret gifts. As they could have asked from their parents, elderly, younger friends, family, everyone waited for Christmas to arrive so they could ask from Santa. This shows how much devotion the Christians show to Santa Claus. Also, while writing this list, it also shows warm wishes, happiness, joys, celebrations and hope for a long wait to finally get over and heartfelt prayers are answered. However, the adults don’t ask from Santa Claus, they just write down what they need to buy for their family.
Purpose of a Christmas Wish List:
The basic purpose of this list is to ask for the things children truly want in the form of a Christmas gift from Santa Claus. This is known as the holy festival of Christians, which they celebrate by asking especially for the things which they wanted for so long but unfortunately couldn’t get for any reason. The adults don’t ask from Santa, they just write in their list what they need to buy for their family. They don’t then buy it later, but save it and write its name on the Christmas list and impatiently wait for it to reach them through the magical sleigh of Santa Claus on the night of Christmas while they are falling asleep. Overall, this list helps us to know about the things for which Christians have waited for a whole year to especially ask from Santa Claus as their Christmas gift.
